We all know first impression matters the most! Staging is a process of transforming a vacant or occupied house into a ready to sell product. Our focus is to create the desirable lifestyle for targeted buyers, show the full potential of your home.
Why use staging services?
Only 10% of Buyers can picture themselves in their new home. Statistically over 95% of Real Estate Agents believe in staging, only 20% Agents actually use it or mention this type of services to their clients. According to National Association of Realtors 77% of Buyers Agents said staging a home made it easier to their Buyers to visualize the property as a future home!
Every home we stage is unique and requires individual approach and our detailed attention. The purpose of our work is to make your home sell faster and maximize the profit for you - the Seller !
How do we work?
Let's face the truth, occupied or vacant homes need to be seen thought the eyes of critical buyers.
We start with an on site consultation. You don't have to prepare your home in any way before our consultation. During the consultation we will discuss your sales goals, timelines, budget you are willing to use to prepare your house to list for sale. We will walk through the house with you, ask questions, take pictures, make notes. We will also ask you if there are any areas of the house you don't wish us to access, if there are any pets living in the house, and if there are any furniture pieces that need a special approach.
Exteriors and interiors need to be evaluated for potential improvements and/or repairs.
J&D will thoroughly asses your home to generate a Staging Proposal.
We strongly advise a deep cleaning of all homes (occupied and vacant) that will be staged and marketed for sale. Another important step we recommend is to get rid of the clutter! Buyers need to picture themselves living in their new home. In order for Buyers to see the space and potential of your home you will need to remove an excessive personal belongings.
After de-cluttering, cleaning and repairs are completed it is time to bring all furniture, accessories and decorations. Please remember, every home is unique and may require different set of furniture or accessories. Your home may need only extra floor lamp, few pillows or new window treatment.
We will need 1-2 days to stage your house (depends on a size of your house and number of rooms staged)
